Cases of human rights violations and violence that threaten the lives of Yemeni citizens are increasing day by day, and the situation of violence, arbitrary detention and the use of excessive force against civilians remains the dominant feature in addition to looting the money and property of citizens under several methods and methods that are inconsistent with international humanitarian law and all human rights principles.

The monitoring team of the Future Partners for Development and Human Rights monitored 1224 cases of human rights violations in Yemen. The monitoring team said in its monthly report on the human rights situation during the month of November of 2019. As the total violations that affected the civilian citizens in all Yemeni cities, which the team managed despite its modest ability to monitor, reached 1224 cases of violations.

The human rights violations mentioned in the report were distributed. Between direct killing, arbitrary detention, and enforced disappearance of civilians, in addition to the threats of landmine laying and sniping crimes that continue to haunt and disturb civilians in particular, areas of confrontation, and the explosion of projectiles and mortars fired by the Houthi group on villages and cities inhabited by the population, and the storming and bombing of homes for citizens in addition to To government and private buildings and facilities and the like. The report included cases of forced layoffs from public office, the closure of many health facilities, in addition to the high increase in cases of suicide and Rape. Despite the failure to disclose the cases of suicide and rape to which civilians are subjected under the justification of a culture of defect. Therefore, for every case that is monitored, ten cases are hidden.

The report was divided into several items first, the direct killing of citizens of armed groups and the like, as follows:

First, direct killing

The Monitoring and Documentation of Human Rights Violations team at the Partners Foundation was able to monitor and document the violations suffered by civilians during this month, with 71 deaths and injuries during the month of November this year. Including 38 men, 7 women and 4 children. 22 civilians were injured, including 20 men, 1 woman and 1 child. The report cited some cases that had run over as a result of the disregard for the lives of innocent civilians

Second, snipers' bullets and landmines explode

Landmines and their areas of cultivation continue to pose a great danger to civilians, in addition to the spread of snipers who monitor civilian innocent children and women in public roads and residential neighborhoods. Especially in the seam areas

Where 2 children and one woman were seriously injured as a result of being shot by a sniper.

And 16 civilians were killed, including 11 men, one woman and 4 children.

It wounded 34 civilians, including 18 men, 6 women and 10 children.

Third, the shells and the improvised explosive devices

Fourth, arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance

Second: enforced disappearance. 140 civilians were subjected to enforced disappearance, all male and one of the disappeared was a child.

Fifth, storming and destroying public buildings and private housing

Seventh, suicide and rape
