However, human rights are still violated in Yemen, as the human rights monitoring team of the Future Partners Foundation for Development and Human Rights issued its monthly report on the human rights situation in Yemen during the month of November of 2020. The report included many violations that affected civilians in many Yemeni cities and Especially the cities that witness escalating violations despite their occurrence outside the circle of fighting, such as Sana'a, Dhamar and Aden Governorate. As it is supposed to witness stability and absence of the state of violations that ordinary citizens are exposed to, and field observers attribute this to the outlawed actions of the groups that run these governorates due to the absence of security institutions and the spread of weapons among citizens, which contributed to the escalation and spread of the phenomenon of committing violations and restricting the freedom of organizations Civil society that works to monitor human rights violations and restrictions on societal and individual freedoms within these societies.

The monitoring team said that the month of November of 2020 recorded a terrible escalation in violations. The team recorded 468 cases of human rights violations during this month. The monitoring team said in its monthly report that the total number of violations that affected civilian citizens in all Yemeni cities, which the team was able to monitor despite its modest ability, by 468 violations with an escalation in the phenomenon of displacement, as Marib Governorate received 71456 displaced persons during the previous months, according to the reports mentioned by it. international immigration Organization . First: Direct Killing

The team monitored 98 cases of violations between killing and wounding civilians during the month of October. Among them were 54 dead. By 44 men, 2 women and 8 children. 44 civilians were wounded, including 43 men and 1 women.

Second: Victims of Snipers and Mines

Mines and the areas where they are planted still pose a great danger to civilians, as they are targeted on roads and farms, in addition to the proliferation of snipers who target civilians, including children and women, on the roads, public places and residential neighborhoods.

The report stated that 7 casualties were killed or wounded by a sniper, as 4 civilians were killed, including 2 men, 1 woman, and 1 children. It wounded 2 men and 1 child by snipers deployed in the contact areas in Taiz, Al Hudaydah and Al Dhale'e.

The victim of planting mines and other explosives during this month, 27 civilians were killed, including 23 men, 2 women and 2 children, and 48 civilians were wounded, including 27 men, 12 women and 9 children.

Third: Missiles and Katyusha rockets
